Waterproof and versatile dog training collar
Whenever I hear the term 'shock collar' it sends a chill down my spine. The term comes from a very old collar that basically had 3 settings, "high", "very high" and "very high". Those types of collars are outdated, inhumane and no longer produced. However, modern dog training collar is not "electric" at all, they provide a very subtle stimulation that many people equate to the "stimulation" pads used by physiotherapists. In addition, modern collars have a very wide range of stimulation patterns that are safe, humane and effective for dogs as small as 5 pounds.
When dog shock collar is done well, it is used to achieve amazing obedience, build confidence, create more joy with the owner and more importantly with the dog. Almost everyone is very surprised that they get the opposite reaction from their dog. Because dogs know that the training collar for dogs means they are going out (running, playing ball, freedom, etc.) and they know they are going to be trained! Bored dogs are destructive dogs; trained/exercised dogs are happy dogs. They look forward to their training sessions because it stimulates them and gives them something to do. Imagine working on a slow day, a day that drags on and you feel sluggish. When you're busy, it goes by fast and you're energised!
